Immersion/apple Cavier

On Tuesday we were making a apple cavier. It was fun making it the smell was good but the taste is disgusting. The challenge was making it like a cavier but our one was a noodle. How did we made the cavier :we used apple juice, water,calcium and sodium. We put the cavier or a jelly in the freeze then  next day we put a calcium in the water to make the jelly/caveir hard then we ate it.
